Payment and cancellation conditions
Payment terms, Cancellation of reservation, withdrawal from the contract before the start of accommodation, failure to arrive to take up accommodation
1. Payment for the reservation:
For reservations with standard cancellation conditions, your credit card is used only to secure the reservation and no amount will be charged at the time of booking. Payment for accommodation and any additional services will be made directly at the hotel upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card.
Please note that prices are given in euros. All other currencies are for information purposes only and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. If paying in cash upon arrival, it is possible to pay in euros or CZK according to the hotel's current exchange rate. Due to restrictions, credit card payments are processed in CZK. Therefore, all prices quoted in EUR will be converted to CZK according to the hotel's daily mid-market exchange rate. Bank charges may apply.
For reservations with non-refundable cancellation conditions, payment will be made at the time of booking via a payment gateway. The payment gateway provider is Comgate a.s. For more information, please visit www.comgate.cz

2. Cancellation of reservation
Standard cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 5 days (14:00) before your arrival. Reservations can be cancelled directly online using the email confirmation you received shortly after making your reservation. Alternatively, you can contact the hotel's reservations department to cancel your reservation. If you do not do so, you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night. If you do not show up at the hotel, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation price.
Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you provided when making your reservation.
Non-refundable cancellation policy: The total amount for accommodation will be charged by the hotel on the day of booking. In case of cancellation of this reservation or no-show, you will be charged the total price of the reservation. It is possible to arrange an alternative date for your stay.
You will find the hotel's contact details in the email you received after completing your booking as confirmation.
Conditions for groups
Different cancellation conditions apply to reservations for 4 or more rooms. A 100% prepayment is required on the day of booking and the reservation is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
If you arrive after 9 p.m., please go to the Green Garden Hotel, located 150 metres from Anyday Apartments (Fugnerovo náměstí 4, Prague 2), to pick up your key.
